Sliced Steak Toasties

My family has been enjoying these tasty little bites since I was a kid. They’re super easy to toss together and are a total crowd pleaser at holiday gatherings. Any of the steaks listed in the ingredients work well for this appetizer, and I like to prepare two steaks for just the right amount of servings. Use Beef or Bison! You can opt to make your garlic bread from scratch, or you can purchase a loaf from the store to keep things easy.

Ingredients
- (1) T-Bone Steak
- (1) Rib Eye, Boneless
- (1) Beef New York Strip Steak
- (1) Bison Rib Eye
- (1) Bison New York Strip Steak
- (1-2 Loaves) Garlic Bread, toasted and sliced into individual portions
- (Sprinkle) Steak Seasonings (salt, pepper, rosemary)
- Garlic (thinly sliced)
- Sauce of choice (we love A1 and blue cheese dressing)
Directions
- Season 2 steaks with salt, pepper, thinly sliced garlic, and fresh sprigs of rosemary. Allow them to sit for at least 2 hours, but all day is best.
- Grill your steaks to perfection and slice very thin after the steaks rest.
- Take a slice of toasted garlic bread and top with steak, A1, and blue cheese dressing,
