I want to ship my gift directly to the recipient. Where do I put their name and delivery address?
When you check out, add your gift recipient's first and last name in the contact section, and enter their FedEx-friendly address in the delivery section.  Sorry, no PO Boxes.

How do I change the delivery date?
When you check out, the earliest possible delivery date will appear by default.  You can click on the date in delivery details section and choose a different date from the drop-down menu.

How do I send more than one gift box?
Gift boxes must be purchased separately.  If you want to send gift boxes to several different addresses, please place each order separately so that our system knows when and where to send each Ramstead Ranch gift box.

Do you notify my gift recipient that their Ramstead Ranch gift box is coming?
No, Ramstead Ranch does not directly contact your gift recipient.  However, we will send you, the purchaser, an invoice and tracking information.  We'll keep you informed when your gift box is packed, picked up for delivery, and shipped to your gift recipient's address.

When will my Ramstead Ranch Gift Box be delivered?
You choose the estimated delivery date when your Gift Box will arrive at checkout.  

How will my Ramstead Ranch Gift Box come packaged?
All products are boxes and come packed in a premium thermal liner.  Your gift will and include a card from Ramstead Ranch, and we'll convey the message you leave in the special instructions box when you check out.  During transport, your gift of frozen, farm raised meats will be kept frozen with dry ice.

Are Gift Boxes part of Subscribe & Save?
No, Gift Boxes are not eligible for Subscribe & Save.
