What if I need to skip or cancel?
You’re in complete control of your repeating order. Edit items, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime—no commitments, no hidden hoops.
Will I be notified before each delivery?
Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder 2–3 days before your order deadline so you have time to make changes.
What free items can I choose from?
Choose from 100% grassfed ground beef, pasture-raised ground pork, or pasture-raised chicken leg quarters. Options may rotate seasonally.
How long do I have to make changes?
Changes can be made anytime before your Sunday delivery/pickup deadline. We’ll send reminders ahead of time.
How do I add or remove items?
Your active order appears in your cart. Add or remove items freely—updates save automatically and apply to your next order.
How do I change my order frequency?
Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Save to switch between 2-, 4-, or 8-week delivery options.
How do I change my delivery date?
From Account → Subscribe & Save, select a new delivery date that works better for you.
