RECIPE: Cobb Salad

This salad is easy to customize for your family, but in our house the center focus is the delicious, grilled chicken breasts and ham steaks. It’s easy to do the chopping in the morning. Then the assembly at dinner takes less than 30 minutes. Easy, healthy, delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 Ramstead Ranch ham steaks
- 2 Ramstead Ranch chicken breasts
- Rub of choice for chicken
- greens of choice
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ~1/3 head red cabbage, shredded
- cheese of choice, sliced or crumbled
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced or quartered
- 4 per person shrimp
- 2 avocados
Instructions:
- Ham steaks are fully cooked, but I usually give them a few seconds of sear on each side, cut into cubes.
- Apply rub to chicken breasts and grill to an internal temperature of 140°F. Cool and slice.
- Toss first four ingredients and arrange on plate.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
