This main dish is versatile as well as delicious. It can be prepared indoors or out, fast or leisurely, spicy or just let the juicy meat speak for itself.

Ingredients:

1-2 pkg Ramstead country style pork ribs

Your choice of seasoning:  rubs, BBQ sauce, or plain

Tools:

optional: pressure cooker

Instructions:

  1. I usually pre-cook the ribs.  Either simmer on the stovetop for 1-2 hours or pressure cook for approximately 30 min.
  2. At dinner time, season the meat with your favorite BBQ sauce or rub or just with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear ribs either on outdoor grill, on stovetop with grill pan, or under broiler.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy!

RECIPE: Kabobs In The Broiler

Kabobs are an adventure! Entertaining to assemble, everyone can make their own to their exact preferences, and fun to eat. Kabob creation is a great way to break up the redundancy of fork and knife dinner time. And cooking options are flexible since kabobs are easy to grill outdoors or broil in the oven on a rainy day. Try switching it up by using lamb, pork, or chicken for variety.

RECIPE: Carnitas

This versatile dish is both juicy AND crispy, so pan frying is not optional. Great for tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, sliders. Excellent choice for family movie nights!
