Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before pick up we will bill you for the balance of your purchase. There are no additional cut/wrap fees, and the weight listed is the actual weight of the meat you take home for your freezer. (These prices are NOT based on "hanging weight.")

You are guaranteed to receive 130 lbs of cuts. That's 520 4-oz portions. These are the cuts included:
