RECIPE: Spaghetti Sauce in Veggie Boats

In my experience, nothing beats Mom’s spaghetti sauce…  This sauce isn’t my mom’s, but it is pretty darn good!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. If using pumpkin or squash, bake at 400°F until softened.
  2. Brown meat, onions, garlic, and spices.
  3. Add olives and spaghetti sauce and heat through.
  4. Ladle sauce into boats, top with cheese.
  5. Broil or bake at 400°F until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
