This Nacho Taco Dip recipe is the perfect party food! It's easy to make and packed with flavor and nutrients thanks to the use of Ramstead Ranch Ground Beef. The beef is cooked with taco seasoning and then combined with salsa, jalapeños, and cream cheese. The mixture is then topped with shredded cheese and sour cream (if you choose). The result is a delicious and satisfying dip that is sure to be a hit with your guests. The best part is that it can be prepped ahead of time, so you can spend more time with your guests and less time in the kitchen. Give this recipe a try and see for yourself how easy and delicious it is! Oh, and we like to freeze the leftovers for easy snacks and lunches!

Nacho Taco Dip Ingredients:

  • 1lb. Ramstead Ranch ground beef or 1lb Ramstead Ranch ground pork
  • 2-3 T taco seasoning
  • 3 T flour
  • ⅓ C light beer (can sub for bone broth, too!)
  • 2-3 T jalapeno brine
  • 1 block softened cream cheese (or soft white cheese of choice)
  • ½ C salsa
  • 2 C freshly grated cheese
  • Your favorite chips and dippers!

Instructions:

  1. Brown thawed ground beef in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add taco seasoning and flour, stirring well to combine.
  2. Add beer and jalapeno brine, then lower temperature to medium low and allow to simmer and thicken for 10 minutes.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and stir well to combine.
  4. Add salsa and cheese, stirring well to combine. If the dip is too thick, add a bit more liquid. If it is too thin, allow it to simmer and thicken for a few more minutes (or add more cheese!)
  5. Taste and add more seasoning as needed.
  6. Enjoy!
