We just had our first RR steak and it was fabulous! RR suggested reverse searing in one of their helpful emails, and our steak was perfectly medium rare, juicy, and flavorful. We bought an 1/8 beef to take advantage of the extra health benefits of grass fed, pastured animals and are thrilled with the meat so far.
