Beef + Lamb
You'll get several bags of bones from joints and ribs from our 100% Grassfed and Grassfinished beef and lamb. Beef and lamb bones are packaged separately. Each bag weighs 2 - 4 lbs. Each bag fits a 5-6 qt pot nicely. When using beef and lamb bones for broth making, roast them in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until brown to deepen the flavor.
