A boneless cut of our flavorful chuck roast. The chuck roast comes from the beef shoulder (aka the chuck.) It is layered with fat, adding flavor to the meat. When slow-cooked it will be incredibly tender and fall off the bones. Think BBQ beef sandwiches and no-brainer pot roasts.
