Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before pick up we will bill you for the balance of your purchase. There are no additional cut/wrap fees, and the weight listed is the actual weight of the meat you take home for your freezer. (These prices are NOT based on "hanging weight.")
What's included with a quarter beef?
You are guaranteed to receive 66 lbs.of cuts, equivalent to 264 4-oz portions. The following cuts are included, but are subject to some variation:
- 4 Tenderloin Filets
- 4 Rib Eye Steaks, Bone-in
- 4 Top Sirloin Steaks
- 4 Eye of Round Steaks (2 pkg)
- 4 Sirloin Tip Steaks (2 pkg)
- 1 Fajita Meat or Skirt Steak
- 4 Flanken Style Short Ribs
- 2 Rump Roast
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 Tri Tip
- 1 Brisket
- 2 Stew Meat (1 lb pkg)
- 24 lbs Ground Beef (1lb pkg)
- 12 Ground Beef 1/3 lb Patties, 4 lbs total (4 pkgs)
