This is, without a doubt, the most highly-requested recipe that I have ever made! Whenever I attend a party or get together, I pretty much have to bring this dish. Though I’ve indicated my preferred jam, herbs, and nuts, you can totally mix and match to your own tastes. This also reheats beautifully!

- Servings: 6
Ingredients
- (1 package) Bacon Ends
- (1) Brie Wheel
- (1/3 cup) Peach Jam
- (for garnishment) Chopped pistachios, honey, fresh rosemary
- (to taste) Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Cut the top rind off of your wheel of brie and set it inside a lightly greased baking dish.
- Using a spoon, create a large indent in the brie and fill with jam.
- Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
- Top with cooked bacon ends/pieces and return to the oven until brie is perfectly melty, top is browned, and bacon is warmed through.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios, honey, and fresh rosemary. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and a few cracks of black pepper.
- Serve with crackers, pears, apples, and fresh sourdough. Then watch it disappear!
