What if I need to skip or cancel?

You’re in complete control of your repeating order. Edit items, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime before your next deadline, always a Saturday, 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

Will I be notified before each delivery?

Yes. You’ll receive email and text reminders 2 days before your order deadline, allowing you to make any desired changes.

What free items can I choose from?

Choose from 100% grassfed ground beef, pasture-raised ground pork, or pasture-raised chicken leg quarters. Options rotate seasonally.

How long do I have to make changes?

Changes can be made anytime before your order deadline. It's always the Saturday before delivery, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. We’ll send a text and and email reminder ahead of time.

How do I add or remove items?

Your active order appears in your cart and must maintain the minimum $99 threshold. Add new items first, then remove any unwanted items. Updates save automatically and apply to your next order.

How do I change my order frequency?

Log in and go to Account → Subscribe & Save to choose your desired frequency. Frequencies vary depending on location and delivery options.

How do I change my delivery date?

From Account → Subscribe & Save, on the top right corner of the page, select a new delivery date that works best for you.

Can I place a one-time order?

To place a one-time order, please contact customer service.
