What's included with an eighth beef?

The following cuts are included, but are subject to some variation:

• 2 Tenderloin Filets
• 2 Rib Eye Steaks, Bone-in 
• 2 Top Sirloin Steaks
• 2 Eye of Round Steaks (1 pkg)
• 2 Sirloin Tip Steaks (1 pkg)
• 1 Fajita Meat
• 2 pkg Flanken Style Short Ribs
• Chuck Roast
• Rump Roast
• 2 Stew Meat (1 lb pkgs)
• 12 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb pkgs)
• 6 Ground Beef 1/3 lb Patties, 2 lbs total (2 pkgs)

Freezer space: 1 cu. feet. Picture 2 brown paper grocery sacks about 3/4 full.

When in stock, Eighth Beef Packages are ready to deliver to any of our convenient pickup locations or home delivery. The total for the package is a set price, and you'll receive a standardized selection of our most popular cuts.

They drink clean, spring fed water and every day they rotate to fresh fields that have not been sprayed herbicides or pesticides. In winter, they eat hay. Simple.
