This sauce is so easy to make and delicious to boot! Use it on any cut of pork or chicken, but it's particularly delicious on grilled chicken wings. Mix up a triple batch of the teriyaki, and you will have plenty left for the next time you need a quick meal plan.

Ingredients
- (1 package) Chicken Wings
- (1/2 C) Pineapple chunks
- (1 inch chunk, peeled) Fresh ginger
- (1 TBSP) Apple cider vinegar
- (2 tsp) Thickener like arrowroot or corn starch
- (1/4 C) Coconut aminos, or soy sauce, or tamari, your choice
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend them until they are smooth. If preparing in advance, refrigerate until ready to use.
- Chop wing tips from wings at the joint. (Save for your four legged friend or keep for broth making at a later time!)
- Cut the wing in half at the joint. You now have two nice separate pieces, the flat and the drumette.
- Fire up the gill to 400°F
- Spread the wings out evenly on the grill.
- Cook approximately 9 min. or until you reach internal temperature of ~90°F.
- Flip and continue to grill for ~9 min.
- When you reach ~125°F, you are ready to sauce!
- Apply teriyaki evenly. Gill for 2-3 min. Flip and apply more sauce.
- Remove wings when you reach 155°F.
- Enjoy thoroughly!
