Lemon Garlic Chicken Bacon Wraps

Grilled chicken is a staple in our household, and these wraps are one of our favorite way to enjoy it! The Lemon Garlic Herb Grilled Chicken marinade is made with just a few simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand. Once the chicken is made, these wraps come together in just a few easy steps. I like to have the ingredients prepped and laid out “assembly line” style so that everyone can customize their wraps to their liking.
- Prep Time:
- Cook Time:
- Servings: 6
Ingredients
- (1 pack) Chicken Breasts
- (from 2-3 lemons) Lemon juice
- (4 cloves microplaned) Garlic
- (2 Tbs) Greek Freak seasoning (or your favorite blend)
- (1/4 cup) Olive Oil
- (marinated) Red onions
- Pickles
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Ranch dressing
- Romaine lettuce
- Your favorite wrap (flatbreads, tortillas, ect.)
Directions
To make the chicken:
Start by slicing thawed chicken breasts in half horizontally so that they’re thinner and separate the tenders. Whisk all first 4 marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts. Allow them to sit for a few hours; I usually aim for about 2-6. If you want this meal for dinner, I find the timing works well to get the chicken marinating after breakfast.
Once the chicken is done marinating, grill it to your liking. Slice it up and set it out with your other wrap ingredients for easy assembly.
To wrap it up!
Set out all of your wrap ingredients and go to town! These are delicious served when the chicken and bacon are still hot, or they are a great way to use up those leftovers cold!
