Lamb Riblets

Finger food at its finest. This package includes 2 small strips of lamb ribs, approximately 2 1/2 x 7 in. Slow cook on the grill or in the oven, and slice between the bones to serve. Riblets make yummy appetizers, perfect for dipping in tzatziki sauce!
