Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Set out all of your wrap ingredients and go to town! These are delicious served when the chicken and bacon are still hot, or they are a great way to use up those leftovers cold!

Ingredients
- (1 package) Chicken Breasts
- (1 package) Bacon
- (marinated or raw) Red Onions
- Pickles
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Your favorite ranch dressing
- Romaine Lettuce
- Flatbread or Tortillas
Directions
- Brown meat in a cast iron and add flour to soak up juices. Do this in batches if needed.
- Add broth to thicken and transfer to stew pot.
- Deglaze cast iron with red wine and add to the stew pot.
- Add desired amount of broth to stew pot and simmer for a minimum of 3-4 hours. All day is best!
- Chop your veggies and add to your stew pot about 30 minutes to an hour before you’re ready to eat. Simmer until veggies are cooked to your desired texture.
