Bone-in, flavor-packed, and delicious. The chuck roast comes from the beef shoulder (aka the chuck.) It is layered with fat, adding flavor to the meat. When slow-cooked it will be incredibly tender and fall off the bones. Think BBQ beef sandwiches and no-brainer pot roasts. Save the bones and extra juice to add to your stash for broth making.
